“I had initially had some design plans drawn up from another company, and after having trouble submitting them to the Council we were recommended by a friend to come see Darren. This has resulted in us re-doing the plans and have ended up with a cheaper build and a higher spec internally. We will certainly have Gubb Design take the lead with our next spec home.”
